Returns & Exchanges policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you have purchased from AsianAdornments.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase, therefore if you are not satisfied, we will accept a return within 7 days period. Your refund will be in the form of a credit voucher which will be emailed to you within 7 days from when we confirm receipt for your item. We do not offer cash refunds.
- All items must be unworn with tags attached.
- All items must be in their original packaging.
- You must include the original invoice.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order: email firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email please include your: Full name, Order Number, Email Address and reason for return.
Postage cost must be covered by yourself. We do advise, when returning your order, please use a tracked/recorded service, as we will not be able to refund your order if the parcel has been lost by 3rd party.
Please note, if for any reason you are not present at the time of delivery, and if the order is returned back to us, we will contact you and let you know. We may require you to cover for postage charges again. An invoice will be sent if this is the case. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us on email@example.com.
